For Emaar — the developer behind Downtown Dubai and The Dubai Mall — we created an architectural visualization and interactive sales platform that allows buyers to virtually inhabit off-plan developments years before construction completes.
Selling off-plan property requires buyers to commit to significant investments based on renderings and floor plans, a barrier that increases hesitation and slows sales cycles.
We built photorealistic 3D environments at 1:1 scale, accessible via VR headsets in Emaar sales centers and through a browser-based 3D viewer. Buyers could customize finishes, switch between units, view at any time of day, and access neighborhood maps.
