In partnership with JW Marriott, we designed and produced an end-to-end immersive digital experience that transforms how prospective guests explore and book premium hotel suites, event spaces, and amenities before they arrive.
Marriott needed to reduce pre-booking hesitation and increase suite upgrade rates across high-value guest segments. Traditional photography and video failed to communicate the scale and atmosphere of flagship properties.
We deployed a 48-camera rig for full spherical capture at 12K resolution, producing photorealistic 360° environments synchronized with spatial audio and context-aware hotspot navigation. The experience was embedded across web, app, and in-lobby kiosk touchpoints.
